Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie bags honorary degrees

Renowned Nigerian actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde was conferred an honorary degree in Doctorate of Art for contribution to human development and progress both nationally and internationally by the University of Igbinedion.
Affectionately known as Omosexy, the actress took to social media to share the good news with her more than 4 million fans.
She said, “Dr. Mrs. Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, MFR. Honorary Doctor of Arts (D.Arts) Thank you Igbinedion University Okada. To God Be all the Glory.”
Meanwhile, award-winning writer and feminist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie also received an honorary degree from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland.
Chimamanda also took to social media to share the news.
“Thank you to the University of Fribourg, Switzerland for conferring an honorary degree on me.” She wrote.
